Ms. Vandana Bhansali

Ms. Vandana Bhansali is a seasoned development sector professional with around two decades of extensive experience across social and corporate sector. She has networked extensively across India and globally with several leading NGOs, Government bodies and Corporate Conglomerates focusing on Financial Inclusion, Sustainable Business Development, Women Empowerment, Environment and Education sector. She holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Human Development from the prestigious Mumbai University and Diploma in Management of Voluntary Service Organizations from NMIMS, Mumbai. Her longest stint was with HSBC India sprawling for over a decade. Addressing her inner calling, Vandana later moved from HSBC to an exciting journey of exploring rural India and joined the Mann Deshi Foundation as Head – Innovation and Special Projects for almost half a decade. In 2020, she joined YBL to Lead the Human Capital Development, drove several Culture Building Initiatives, and revamped Talent Management Strategies. She is an avid trekker and has participated in several summits, a travel enthusiast, loves adventure and music
